I decided we needed a water softener and called Roger’s Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment. The installer arrived right at the time requested, laid down tarps to prevent tracking and a mess, promptly completed the install, and gave thorough instructions on operations and care. Very professional service from start to finish and the invoice total was less than price quoted. Excellent experience and totally satisfied with the new soft water experience.
My husband and I have used Roger’s services many times, and we are continually impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. They are available in emergency situations and their price point is fair. I highly recommend Roger’s Plumbing and Heating! They really do value their customers and it shows.
I have used them for many years. They installed a new system with a heat pump and furnace about 6 years ago and do maintenance in the spring and fall. They have always been very professional and the technicians are friendly and neat. I have recommended them to different family members and friends and they have all been pleased with them also.
This is third time I have used them. Always fast service, always choosing the best and most economical “fix” that works! I find them trustworthy, so very pleasant, honest, and helpful in every way.
My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Roger’s provided same day service where they fixed the problem. The technician was extremely professional, neat and helpful. I will absolutely call them again.
I called Roger’s Plumbing and Heating to correct a water pressure issue with a guest bathroom and also for an HVAC check. Their tech was knowledgeable and polite. This company was timely and thorough, and their fees were reasonable. I will definitely refer my family and friends to them.
We’ve always had a great experience with Rogers. We’ve called them out on various occasions for our furnace and Taylor is so helpful and very experienced. Very good company to work with.
I called early afternoon because my dad’s furnace hadn’t been working. Bill worked extra hours that day to drive 15 miles out of Red Oak to repair the furnace to ensure they had heat in the cold temperatures.
